Why You Should Wear Perfume
Posted by Allen Leon in Beauty Saturday, 9 January 2010 03:44 No Comments
I think a lot of people wear perfume because they do not like their natural smell. Some people wear it because they like the smell of it or because it is the type that has pheromones in it and it is made to attract the opposite sex.
My mother has her favorites, but every time she gets a favorite, the companies stop making it. If I had to choose a favorite one I would have a hard time because there are many of them that I like. It does not matter the price or the look of them because different ones just do not smell right on me. Not all of them will smell right on everyone. Just because it may smell right on my mother does not mean that it will smell right on me.
My mother has her favorites but when she starts liking them too much the companies always seem to stop making them for everyone. I have found some of her favorites online through auctions and I always try to get them for Christmas for her. The kind she likes is very expensive but I can find them in bulk online so its not so bad.
Perfume can be a good thing if you are just trying to smell good. You should always make sure to get another opinion and see if it smells good to someone else. Just because you think it smells good on you does not mean that it does. And you do not want to go around smelling awful wearing a perfume that does not smell good on you.
I think that it is made to work well with your smell. And just because it smells good on you and someone else does not mean that you have the same smell to your body it just means that this particular perfume goes well with both of your body smells. I am not saying that this is a bad smell I am only saying that everyone has their own smell whether it is bad or good.
It is easy to find if you know where to look. It is not hard to get on the Internet and find what you are looking for. You can pretty much type anything into the search engine and find what you need to find and you can usually find it at a great price.
I suppose it does not really matter what kind you wear as long as it fits you and you can afford it. Do not always settle for something just because it is cheap. There are many different kinds that are cheap and that smell absolutely wonderful so do not give up hope if you do not find yours real quick.
Same is the case with steroids and parabens which various studies show can lead to skin cancer. men fragrances Tip #3: Online offers can be your friend, if you are careful and know what to look for. Either way, you should always check their sites first for great free samples.
Cosmetic Surgery: Pre-Consultation Checklist
Posted by Elise Burrows in Beauty Tuesday, 29 December 2009 01:34 No Comments
Cosmetic surgery is the art of remolding the appearance of particular body parts by registered surgeons. Commonly individuals desire to alter their breast, ears, eyes, face, hair, nose and abdomens. For the breasts, normal cosmetic surgery includes augmenting, reducing or remoulding the breasts. Eye surgery includes adjusting drooping upper eyelids or getting rid of puffy bags beneath the eyes. Usually, facial cosmetic surgery includes getting rid of facial wrinkles, creases and acne scars; or altering the shape of the nose. It also includes removing fats from the tummy.
As cosmetic surgery entails a major decision-making process, it is critical to choose a doctor that you have confidence with. Choose a doctor that has finished at least five years of surgical training and at least 2 years in plastic surgery. Choose one who is a trained and knowledgeable surgeon that works only in licensed aesthetic clinics. Stay attuned to the doctor’s working habits and whether he sticks to a strict code of ethics. And lastly, always make sure that your doctor places your safety first.
This checklist will help as your guide during your cosmetic surgery consultation:
Is the doctor qualified?
Is the doctor knowledgeable and trained specifically in the field of plastic surgery?
How long has the doctor been practicing plastic surgery?
Are you a good candidate for this procedure?
What are the things you should do to get the best results for surgery you are planning to take?
Where and how will the doctor execute your cosmetic surgery?
What is the appropriate surgical technique recommended for me?
How long of a recovery period can you expect, and will the doctor right away assist in case of complications during the recuperation period?
What are the risks and complications associated with the procedure?
What are your options if you are unsatisfied with the cosmetic surgery?

All these factors exist in the industrialized world and are a major cause of an acne problem.
A bad diet is a major reason why people becoming affected by acne because a poor diet means that the body lacks in proper nutritional intake and that disrupts the body’s digestive powers and it also disturbs the balance of hormones adversely and this leads to onset of acne.

How To Get Rid Of Acne – Confront The The Truth Acne Truly Stinks!
Posted by Peter Skonctueht in Beauty Thursday, 17 December 2009 00:58 No Comments
It is absolutely true that no one on this earth would wish acne upon themselves or any other person. It sucks, it is the pits, and knowing how to get rid of acne, could be one of the most important lessons you learn your whole life.
World-wide, acne is a common disorder, it doesn’t skip age or race groups and everyone has the possibility of contracting this affliction. It is living with it that is so difficult! Life with acne is not walk in the park, the self esteem and confidence suffer perhaps more than even more than the outward appearance of an acne sufferer. If you think acne scars run deep, think about the psychological scars this skin condition can reap.
Self esteem is hard to maintain for anyone suffering from acne, some people may even get depressed and need treatment for it. Although acne does affect all age groups, one of the biggest age groups is teens. They are already hormonal, and enduring conflicting emotions so the appearance of acne is not going to make things get better.
No matter how much people are told that “Inner” beauty is the beauty which counts, their outward appearance it vitally important to them, some more so than others! My sister in-law won’t go into a supermarket if she has just been working in the garden or has washed her car, she has to be bathed, make-up on and hair washed (in case she bumps into someone she knows), I don’t care, but I have a very high level of self esteem.
I do know that like my sister-in-law, the outward appearance of many people means a great deal, and suffering acne, can make them feel like they are completely exposed to the world and dying inside. This is not strange, it is perfectly normal for many.
Acne has a nasty habit of appearing in the most prominent part of the body, the part which is almost permanently exposed, the face. Short of changing religion, there is nothing that can be done to hide it. So curing it is the right idea.
Being a lingering condition, it is only lifestyle changes which make a difference, so commitment to this when learning how to get rid of acne is vital. Work on the inside as well as the outside, not magic potions exist that you can take and wake up in the morning to find it was all a bad dream. Cleansing and treating the skin well, is as important as cleansing and treating the body well and this means take a long hard look at diet too.
As much as the skin needs to be clean and treated, so does the digestive tract to purify the blood. Drink water, eat fresh fruit and vegetables and fiber, and education is vital. Bad habits soon go and good habits replace them in perpetuity if this is kept up.
Any person who suffers from any health condition and they are afflicted to it to the extent that it affects their quality of life, needs to learn as much as they can about this condition. Remember acne is just acne, it does not define who you are. Learn how to get rid of it!
